• Active & Lounge Wear: Active sets, Lounge Tops/Bottoms, Jumpsuits/Kimonos, Shorts & Leggings.
• Swimwear & Seasonal: Bikinis, Boy Shorts, All Swim, Cover Ups.
• Accessories & More: Bags & Totes, Merch & Accessories, Clothing & Accessories.

We strive to display product colors and details as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings.

Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale): For health and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty:

• All Merch & Accessories.
• Swimwear (Bikini, All Swim categories) if the hygiene liner has been removed or compromised.

3. Orders & Payment Terms

Placing an Order

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase which we accept by sending an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order before shipment due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are in US Dollars (USD). We accept: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal.

Payment is processed securely at checkout. Your card is charged when the order is placed.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship globally from Spokane, Washington, USA, excluding some parts of Asia and select remote regions.

• Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping: Automatically applied to orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Your Responsibility: Provide a correct shipping address. We are not liable for delays due to customs, holidays, or carrier issues. You will receive a tracking number once shipped.

4. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We want you to love every piece. Our policy is designed for your convenience.

• Window: 15 days from the date you receive your package.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in original packaging.
• Process: Initiate a request by emailing [email protected] within 15 days. Follow the provided steps (RMA number, secure shipping).
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty/incorrect.
• Exchanges: Subject to availability. We will ship the new item promptly with applicable shipping.

Faulty/Incorrect Items: Contact us immediately. We will cover return shipping and expedite a replacement or refund.
